Background Technology:
1. The present product relates to the field of liquid reservoirs for air conditioning systems, and specifically to a liquid reservoir and a liquid reservoir assembly thereof.

2.At present, the liquid reservoir is an important part of the air conditioning system, in which a liquid reservoir is usually welded at the inlet end of the compressor in order to avoid the compressor from being damaged by liquid shock after inhaling liquid refrigerant, and the liquid reservoir is provided with a filter, which can play a role in filtering the liquid coolant. Related technology generally requires the inlet pipe and outlet pipe of the liquid reservoir to be welded separately, and both the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe are welded to the cylinder body using flame welding.


Technology to realize the elements:
4. The main purpose of the present product is to provide a liquid reservoir and a liquid reservoir assembly having the same, in order to solve the technical problem that the welding steps of the liquid reservoir in the prior art are more.

In order to realize the above object, according to an aspect of the present utility model, there is provided a reservoir comprising: a cylinder assembly, the cylinder assembly having an inlet port, an outlet port, and a cavity connected to both the inlet port and the outlet port; an inlet duct, mounted and fixed to the inlet port; and an outlet pipe, mounted and fixed to the outlet port; wherein the reservoir is welded and formed by one-piece oven-welding, and wherein there is between the inlet duct and the inlet port a a first furnace welding portion between the inlet piping and the air inlet, and a second furnace welding portion between the outlet piping and the air outlet.

Further, the air outlet pipe has an interconnected first end and a second end, the first end being located inside the cavity and the second end being located outside the cavity, the second furnace welding weld portion being welded by means of a first solder, and the second end and the pipe to be connected being welded by means of a second solder;
7. wherein the melting point of the first solder is greater than the melting point of the second solder.

10. a bend, one end of the bend forming a first end of the air outlet pipe;
11. a casing, the casing is disposed at the other end of the bend, the casing forming a second end of the air outlet pipe.
12. further, the bend pipe comprises an interconnected body segment and a connection segment, the connection segment having a cross-sectional dimension smaller than the cross-sectional dimension of the body segment, the shape of the connection segment being adapted to the shape of the inner lumen of the casing, and the casing being disposed on the connection segment.
13.Further, the casing has a third furnace welding weld portion at the casing and the connecting segment, the third furnace welding weld portion being welded by a first solder.
14.Further, the bend is made of iron or stainless steel material and the sleeve is made of copper material.
15.Further, the barrel assembly is made of iron or stainless steel material; and/or, the intake duct is made of copper.
16.Further, the cartridge assembly comprises: a top cap, a barrel, a bottom cap, and a filter screen, the top cap being provided with an air inlet, the top cap being provided at one end of the barrel, the bottom cap being provided with an air outlet, the bottom cap being provided at the other end of the barrel, and the filter screen being provided within the barrel;
17. wherein the top cover and the cylinder body have a fourth furnace welding weld portion therebetween; and/or that
18. wherein a fifth furnace welding weld portion is provided between the barrel body and the filter screen; and/or
19. wherein a sixth furnace welding weld portion is provided between the barrel body and the bottom cover.
20. According to another aspect of the product, there is provided a reservoir assembly comprising: the reservoir provided above; a tube to be connected, connected by welding to a second end of an outlet pipe of the reservoir.
