I. Direct soldering

Second, flap connection

Flanging connection is another popular way of connecting copper pipes. In this method, copper pipes are joined together by turning the ends outward by 90 degrees and compressing the orifice with a special tool. This method does not require the use of soldering tools or materials, making it relatively simple and commonly used in low-pressure systems. However, this method requires the use of specialized flanging tools to complete and cannot withstand high pressures.

Third, the threaded connection with a washer

Threaded connections with washers are a reliable high pressure connection. It uses threads to connect the copper tubes together and a nut with a washer to ensure a tight fit at the connection. This method can withstand high pressures and is relatively simple to install. However, it requires the use of threads that are matched in size and dimension to achieve an effective seal.

Grommet connection

Grommet connection is a high-pressure connection usually used in large systems such as cold storage or central air-conditioning systems. In this way, the copper tube is connected together by a grommet connector, which consists of a ring-type clamp from both ends to clamp the copper tube together to achieve a tight connection. This method can withstand high pressure and can be installed quickly. However, it has the disadvantage that it requires the use of specialized grommet tools to complete.
