Refrigeration system operation testing and common faults

I. Pre-operation check

5, refrigeration unit oil level is in, oil indicator mirror 1/2, how the oil color.
6, refrigeration unit oil temperature is within the normal temperature range.
7, the refrigeration unit of high and low pressure is balanced.
8, the refrigeration unit and the system at all places whether there is leakage.
9, check the refrigeration unit and refrigeration system, including the cooling water system on the valves are completely open.
10, liquid supply solenoid valve is working properly.
11, the evaporator system coil whether there is a strange sound.
12, evaporator condensate whether there is oil produced.
13, evaporator fan manual start whether there is a strange sound.
14, whether the evaporator fan steering is normal.
15, check the refrigeration unit control panel and each sensor and other parts are intact.
16, confirm the refrigeration unit control panel setting data is correct.
17, check the user menu history of failure records.
18, check the control panel display no fault prompts.
19, the compressor motor can be first point to see if you can start, and there is no startup current is too large and other aspects of the failure.
20, to determine whether the refrigeration compressor steering is correct, the compressor decided not to reverse this point is particularly important.
Second, refrigeration auxiliary equipment check

6, cooling tower fan steering is correct.
7, cooling tower fan running current is normal.
8, whether the cooling water pump coil water leakage, whether the valve is open.
9, cooling water pump manual start whether there is a strange sound.
10, cooling water pump steering is correct.
11, cooling water pump running current is normal.
12, cooling water pump system instrumentation is damaged.
13, cooling water pump system everywhere whether there is water leakage.
14, if the air-cooled condenser, check the air-cooled condenser steering, speed, current and voltage.
