First, accurate and timely adjustment of the refrigeration system

The power consumption of cold storage room is calculated according to how much cold consumption of cold storage room, usually including two parts: one is the goods cooling and cold storage when the cold consumption; The second is the cold storage room itself (i.e., the enclosure structure) and the operation and management of the cold consumption. The key to saving electricity lies in the utilization rate of the cold storage room, and the cold storage room with low utilization rate consumes more cold and more electricity. Third, energy saving of lighting system in cold storage

Cold storage lighting should be based on safety, science, reasonable, from the perspective of energy saving and environmental protection, according to the area of the cold storage room, height and temperature of the warehouse and other comprehensive consideration. The lighting in the cold storage room is generally concentrated in the working area. Lights should be turned off in a timely manner to ensure the safety of operators, so as to reduce the heat load and power consumption of the warehouse. At the same time, we should try to use high efficiency and low consumption of pressure-resistant lighting fixtures to reduce the frequency of replacement of lamps and lanterns. led lighting system has the advantages of environmental protection and power saving, illumination uniformity, low temperature luminous efficiency and high power supply efficiency, is a very promising new source of light, but also in the future the development direction of the lighting system in the cold storage.

Fourth, regular oil release, descaling and air release to ensure good heat exchange effect

Data show that when the evaporator coil 0.1mm thick oil film, in order to maintain the set temperature requirements, the evaporating temperature will be reduced by 2.5 ℃, an increase in power consumption of more than 10%; when the condenser water tube wall scaling up to 1.5mm, the condensing temperature will be higher than the original temperature rise of 2.8 ℃, an increase in power consumption of 9.7%; when the refrigeration system mixed with non-condensable gases, and its sub-pressure value reaches 0.196mpa, power consumption will increase by about 18%. This shows the importance of regular oil release, descaling and air release in cold storage refrigeration system.

Fifth, cold storage evaporator reasonable adjustment and timely defrosting

Generally speaking, the evaporator temperature of cold storage can be increased by 1℃, and energy saving can be 2%~2.5%. Therefore, under the premise of being able to meet the product refrigeration process, you can adjust the amount of liquid supply, try to improve the evaporation temperature.

The thermal resistance of the frost layer is generally much larger than that of the steel tube, and when the thickness of the frost layer is greater than 10mm, its heat transfer efficiency drops by more than 30%. When the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the tube wall is 10 ℃, and the library temperature is -18 ℃, the refrigeration system of the tube evaporator runs for one month, and its heat transfer coefficient k value is about only about 70% of the original [6]. When the chiller frost is particularly serious, not only the thermal resistance increases, but also the flow resistance of air increases, and in serious cases, it will not be able to send air, so it is necessary to defrost the surface of the evaporator at the right time. In the large and medium-sized cold storage refrigeration system, generally do not use high energy consumption of electric heat defrosting, and small Freon refrigeration system to simplify the pipeline, can be used in electric heat defrosting, but should be based on the frost layer melting heat required to configure the appropriate electric power.

Sixth, the rational use of peak and valley power operation

Under the premise of not affecting the quality of the cold storage of cold objects, cold storage can be used at night, "valley price" operation, reduce the daytime refrigeration compressor running time, to avoid the daytime peak power consumption. At present, China's major provinces and cities to develop a time-sharing tariff system peak and valley tariff ratio of 3 ~ 4:1 [7], so you can use the cold storage device or adjust the start time, improve the "valley power" utilization rate, reduce operating costs.

Seven, the rational use of day and night temperature difference operation

China's vast territory, many regions have a large temperature difference between day and night. Usually oceanic climate areas day and night temperature difference of 6 ~ 10 ℃, continental climate areas day and night temperature difference of up to 10 ~ 15 ℃.
