Plate heat exchanger cleaning principle and steps

Plate heat exchanger in daily life and industry will produce, clogging scaling and other phenomena, the company now teaches you how to plate heat exchanger cleaning:

     1) flushing: before pickling, the first plate heat exchanger open flushing, so that the heat exchanger internal no mud, scale and other impurities, which can improve the effect of pickling, but also reduce the acid consumption of pickling. 
     2) Pour the cleaning solution into the cleaning equipment, and then injected into the heat exchanger.
     3) acid washing: the heat exchanger filled with acid solution static immersion 2h, and then continuous dynamic cycle of 3-4 h, during which every 0.5 h to alternate between positive and negative cleaning. After the end of pickling, if the pH value of the acid solution is greater than 2, the acid solution can be reused, otherwise, the acid solution should be diluted and neutralized and discharged. 
     5) water washing: after the end of alkaline cleaning, with clean softened water, repeatedly on the heat exchanger rinse 0.5 h, the heat exchanger residue rinsed clean.
     6) Record:During the cleaning process, the time of each step should be strictly recorded to check the cleaning effect.
